Diana Dale is in the process of writing a book about finding her uncle  Lt. William O. Wisner

P-38 pilot with the 71st Fighter Squadron of the 1st Fighter Group which was located in

Foggia, Italy.  Wisner was on an escort mission when anti aircraft caused two P-38's to
